This notice covers our marketing website at chartilo.app. The Chartilo app (app.chartilo.app and the iOS/Android apps) has its own, separate privacy policy - read it here. The app uses no advertising cookies or ad-network tracking. This notice explains the one place we do use them: measuring our ads on this website.
We only set cookies and similar identifiers for one purpose: to understand whether our adverts work.
We use no other advertising networks and no third-party analytics beyond this.
When you first visit, we ask before loading anything. The Meta Pixel loads only if you choose “Accept.” If you choose “Decline,” or ignore the banner, no pixel and no advertising cookie is ever loaded. This is your legal right under UK and EU (GDPR / ePrivacy) rules, and our default is to track nothing.
To change your mind after choosing, clear this site's storage in your browser settings and reload - the banner will appear again.
If (and only if) you accept, the pixel may send Meta: your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view on this site, and whether you clicked through to the App Store. It does not receive your name, email, or anything you type. Meta processes this under its own data policy.
Consent (UK GDPR / EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). You may withdraw consent at any time as described above.
